News from Roblealto in Costa Rica
It is a privilege for me to thank you for your invaluable contribution that has allowed more than 900 children each year to have a better quality of life and more than 560 families receive support through the different programs and actions that we develop in the communities where we have presence.
Our work is more challenging every day, in a context where children in Costa Rica are exposed to a large number of dangers and needs, as we can see through social media, nonetheless we are sure that with the support we receive not only to continue doing so, but to reach many more children throughout the country.
As a result of an internal reflection process that has concluded with an update to our strategic plan, we have begun to make changes that we expect allow us to achieve the ambitious goals we have set for ourselves.
Mr. Joel Porras, head of the Resource Management Department, who was with us for the last three years has decided to leave the association.
We are glad to share that, this key role for our organization is going to be assumed by Mrs. Maureen Mejías. She has extensive experience in raising resources in different social organizations and shares a passion for childhood and love and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Under Maureen's leadership we will be strengthening communication with you and developing new strategies to attract more contributors, partners and allies so that many more children can receive God's love through the actions we will promote. If you have any questions or comments kindly contact her through her email mmejias@roblealto.org
Finally, I thank God who, 93 years ago, was pleased to start this ministry and who, to this day, has sustained it and asking our Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to bless you, protect you, and every day His Holy Spirit guides you and provides you in abundance so may continue being an instrument of blessing.
“… I desire that you may prosper in all things and that you may be healthy, even as your soul prospers." I John 1:2
