Changes or Cancellations Terms
Once the PAD has been set up, the amount given and the designation of the gift can be changed at any time. For all changes or cancellations, LAM Canada needs ten (10) days notice in order to process your request.

Notification of changes can be done by telephone, email or regular mail with the “Notice of Change to PAD” form or in the CPA format. To obtain a sample cancellation form from the CPA, or for more information on your right to cancel a PAD Agreement, please contact your financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca.
