Alejandra and Andrés Rincón

Andres and Ale have been giving leadership to ZONAJ in the city of Armenia. ZONAJ is a Movement ministry which uses technology, theological education, arts and media for social transformation and evangelism.

Some of their projects include The Nest, REAXIÓN, Podcasts, and the 4D Leadership Development. REAXIÓN: They started a Leadership Conference in Colombia called REAXIÓN in 2016. Their goal is to run the conference every 2 years: Connecting, Equipping and Sending young and emergent leaders to be part of the transformation that God is already doing in Latin America.

VIDA 4D Leadership Development is a coaching and mentoring leadership development model designed by Andres during his M.Div in Canada.

THE NEST is a Pregnant Teens Center. Ale and Andres have been involved in this project from the beginning with Jacob and Leidy Paul. Alejandra is closely linked to this project through her specialization in Dentistry and Public Health.

Theological Education: Andres is the Associate Director in LatinAmerica for Global Immerse of Northwest Seminary and College, coordinating a Master of Divinity for Colombia and Latin America. He is also working with the church’s discipleship and training school, which is responsible to teach and disciple the church and new believers.
